Registration Guide

KJF-ICOMEP 2026 participants are advised to register in advance by July 31st, 2026 to get the early registration discount. Registration fee includes conference abstract book, welcome reception, and banquet.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and inquiry related to refund must be notified to the secretariat. When requesting cancellation, please write your name, organization, e-mail address and contact number and send it to the secretariat via e-mail (fskim@cau.ac.kr).

By August 11th, 2026 50% Refund
After August 17th, 2026 No Refund
* Regardless attending the event, registration fee cannot be refunded without applying for cancellation.
